Winner Of 'Best Starter Home' Chooses Creda Nobo Heaters
If the warm glow created by living in a multi-award winning apartment block is not enough, residents at the Image development in Hemel Hempstead can rest assured that their stylish Creda NOBO heaters will deliver premium comfort at all times.
Dandara, which built Hertfordshire's premier development, specifically chose Creda NOBO's Series 14 (E4EU) panel heaters for its mix used apartments because of the product's modern, slimline look and programmable time clock, with the heaters fitted in the lounge, bedroom and hallways.
The mix of style and practicality in the Creda NOBO heaters reflected the overall impression of the apartments and in a small part contributed to Image winning Best Starter Home at the What House Awards 2010. Judges described the mixed-use development as having ‘practical and inspiring interiors'.
The site was formally the GB Headquarters for Kodak. Purchased by Dandara in 2006, it was redeveloped into residential apartments with further new apartment blocks around the site.
In addition to Image's win at the ‘Oscar's' of the housebuilding industry, the development also received the accolade, Best High Rise Development, at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards in 2009.

The 100 per cent efficient E4EU heaters come in six output ratings from 500W to 2,000W, which means that they are suitable for use in a wide range of residential and commercial settings.
All E4EU heaters benefit from sophisticated controls, starting with an easy to read temperature controller operating over the range 5oC - 30oC, complete with a tamperproof cover. A silent, electronic thermostat gives users precise control over the warmth of their surroundings, so that it is easy to use energy economically without any reduction in comfort.
The digital timer is fully programmable over seven days and 24 hours, with auto on, auto off and manual modes. A programme override is also included for total flexibility. In the event of a power failure, an internal, rechargeable NI-cad battery provides 150 hours of memory back-up, preserving the heater settings until power is restored.
Safety features include rounded corner profiles, an overheat safety cut-out and splash-proof construction classified to IP24.
