All Creda products come with accompanying instruction manuals or guides. If you have misplaced the manuals supplied with your product, please enter the product model code into the search bar below to download a copy of them.

Find your product

Simply enter your product model code and hit search for a list of our products. Choose your product and then select the 'Manuals and Guides' tab.

Can't find your product model code?

The product model code is located on the rating label which is attached to every product.

If you do not know what your product model code is, please see the below image guides which explain how you can find out the model code on a variety of Creda products.

Storage heater

The product model code can be found on the top of the unit, on the right hand side, behind the control unit.

Panel heater

The product model code can usually be found on the side of the product.

Downflow fans

The product model code is usually located on the top right hand side of the heater.

Towel rails

The product model code can usually be found on the bottom of the product, on the side with the wiring.

Overdoor heater

The product model code can usually be found on the side of the product.

Cable Entry Points

TPRIIIE Panel Heater

The cable entry point for this panel heater will be found on the rear of the product, in the bottom right hand corner.

CEPE Panel Heater

The cable entry point for this panel heater will be found on the rear of the product, in the bottom right hand corner.

TSRE Storage Heater

The cable entry points for this storage heater will be found on the rear of the product, in the bottom right hand corner.

CLR Towel Rail

Depending on which way the towel rail will been installed, the cable entry point will either be on the bottom right, or bottom left of the product.

CDF2NE Fan Heater

The cable entry point on this fan heater can be found on the top of the product towards the rear.

CSS Overdoor heater

The cable entry point on this heater can be found on the top of the product towards the rear.
